As I do, I reach for the floss and floss my teeth. ![]() Each morning I turn the shower on and wait for it to warm up. I then used the habit stacking technique - stack it with another existing habit. So I bought floss sticks which make it that much more convenient to floss my teeth. Make the habit easy - I hate using floss tape it’s a small but unnecessary added step. As opposed to hiding it was in my vanity. Make the habit obvious - I placed floss on the bench so it was visible each morning as a cue and reminder.
